After she became pregnant, the actress was replaced by Mpume Ngwenya. She also appeared in Isibaya playing the role of Kentucky.

She made a reveal that she’s expecting twins after a challenging journey of trying to conceive.

She shared with Move! Magazine her many years of struggling to conceive.

Sphelele further said that she did not pay a visit to a doctor to find out why she couldn’t fall pregnant.

She gave the reason that a real diagnosis of an inability to conceive would have broken her heart.

She took to Instagram to share with followers that she was expecting twins.

Sphelele chose to throw a special party for her twins a few weeks after their birth.

She had hoped to have a baby shower before her children arrived but the Covid-19 pandemic coupled with her health made her suspend it.

After the Nationwide lockdown has eased, the actress has decided of celebrating her babies.

She shared photos of the welcome party she threw for her twins in Sundumbili, KwaZulu-Natal.

Family and close friends were present to celebrate with her.
