Rich Fumani Mnisi (born December 14, 1993), popularly called Rich Mnisi, is a talented South African celebrity fashion designer and entrepreneur.

Early Life
Rich Mnisi was born on 14 December 1993 in Johannesburg, the largest city in South Africa. As a child, he watched his younger sister turn a pair of jeans into in skirt and that inspired him. He would design magazine papers and curtains to get a better look.
After his family, especially his mother and grandmother, encouraged and sponsored him to go into fashion. With his family on his side, he continued to try out more designs as he grew. His love for fashion and design influenced his education.
Education
Rich Mnisi studied Fashion Design and Business Management at the prestigious Leaders in the Science of Fashion (LISOF).
Career
Rich Mnisi created the fashion company OATH Studio in 2014. The studio created him the opportunity to figure out the demands of his clients. He bagged the Young Designer of the Year award at the African Fashion International in 2014.
In 2019, he partnered with South Guild to launch his new piece of furniture Nwa-Mulamula: Alkebulan. His designs are so beautiful and classy that he received another award. He was the recipient of the 2019 Emerging Designer of the Year award by Essence publication at Essence’s inaugural Best in Black Fashion Awards.
His love for designs has created other opportunities for him. He owns other projects like the Rich Mnisi mask project which he started in 2019 after the COVID-19 breakout in South Africa.
Rich also designs furniture including cover chaises and stools. The design is named after his late great-grandmother Nwa-Mulamula. He has also worked with international stars and celebrities.
Legendary singer Ciara wore his dress in the Freak Me video. Music star Beyonce wore his dress to the Global Citizen Concert in South Africa in 2018.
