She began her career focusing on beadwork and poetry. The writer held performances showcasing her work at a pub (2002 – 2005). She began to gain recognition and build presence upon releasing uRongo.
She continued to gain popularity after releasing her first book Wena, a collection of her poetry. The book covered socio-economical development and addressed the traditional transitioning of society.
Ntsiki then produced the MaMa Said Sessions in Roodepoort Theatre, Gauteng. As a producer, she made sure that she optimized the opportunity to work on her music career and drop her first album.
She holds performances on her art here in South Africa and abroad and has gained recognition for mixing poetry and house music.
