Upon finishing his university studies, finding a job was a challenge. In 2016, reports covered that Jacob Zuma said that the Guptas assisted Duduzane when he sought a place as an intern.
His son had to begin work as an IT trainee in the Gupta’s companies and in 2008, he held stocks and became Director of Mabengela Investments.
In the years that followed, he climbed the position of Director of several companies. He assumed the role in JIC Mining, Sahara Computers, and Island sites Investments 255. Simultaneously, he bought shares from several other companies that specialized in the mining and media sector.
