Ahmed Mohamed Salah El Din El Sakka, born on March 1, 1973, in Cairo, Egypt, is the son of theatre director Salah El Sakka and Nadia Abdo El-Sorogy.
He has one sibling, Fatima El Sakka. El Sakka studied at the Academy of Arts and graduated from the Higher Institute of Dramatic Arts in 1993. He is of Egyptian ethnicity and practices Islam.

Ahmed El Sakka began his acting career in the early 1990s with roles in popular television series such as Al Nawa (1991) alongside Fardous Abdel Hamid, Alf Leila Wa Leila (1995), and Nesf Rabeea El-Akhar (1996) with Yehia El-Fakharany.
He also appeared in the series W Man Allazi La Yoheb Fatma? (1996) and Tarweed El-Sharesa (1996) with Athar El-Hakim. He gained notable recognition with major roles in Rodda Qalbi (1998) and Zawag Ala Wark Solifan (1998).
