Ahmed Musa Dangiwa (born February 10, 1963) is a Nigerian politician and architect who has been Minister of Housing and Urban Development since 2023. From 2015 to 2022, he was the managing director of the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria.

Arc Ahmed Musa Dangiwa Early Life and Education Background
Dangiwa graduated from Ahmadu Bello University in Zaria with a bachelor’s degree in architecture, an MSc in architecture (Arc), and an MBA.
He also attended the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.
In 1988, Dangiwa worked as a consultant architect at Katsina State Polytechnic.
He is a member of numerous professional organizations, including the Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA) and the American Institute of Architects (AAIA).
Dangiwa led the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN) from 2017 until 2022, during which time he managed reforms.
He previously ran AM Design Consults and Jarlo International and held positions at TRIAD Associates and Sahel Mortgage Finance Bank.
Dangiwa ran for governor of Katsina State in 2022 under the All Progressives Congress (APC).
He later became active in the Tinubu/Dikko Campaign Council for the 2023 election.
Following the elections, he was named Secretary to the Katsina State Government before being nominated for a ministerial position.

He belongs to a number of professional associations, including the Institute of Credit Administration (FICA), the Institute of Strategic Customer Service and Trade Management (ICSTM), and the Risk Manager Association of Nigeria (RIMAN) as a senior associate member. a senior member of the Nigerian Institute of Bankers (CIBN) and an honorary fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Loan and Risk Management (CILRM).

The NHF system had only accumulated 232 billion over 25 years, or roughly 9.28 billion annually, when Arch Dangiwa took over as bank manager. With the help of his staff, Arch Dangiwa was able to raise an extra 279 billion for the NHF scheme, or an average of N55.8 billion annually.
A record $175 billion in construction finance and affordable housing loans were disbursed. (1) 5.938 beneficiaries were given NHF mortgage loans. (2) lending for home improvement to 77,575 (3) building affordable housing units around the country.
