Well-known actress Didintle Khunou has scored a role in SABC1’s soapie Generations: The Legacy.

DIDINTLE KHUNOU: LATEST ROLE

Sunday World reveals that Didintle Khunou will make her appearance on Generations: The Legacy in mid-June.

The publication adds that Khunou will portray the character of Tumelo Gcabashe. Her character is a high-powered financial expert with links to business and criminal elites.

This comes after an insider from the show told Zimoja that she was approached by producers and was given an offer she couldn’t resist.

A source close to Khunou tells the publication that she’s only shared the good news with her family and close friends.

“Things were conducted hush-hush. Even their meeting was conducted in a private room. They were finalising small details of her contract. Even her soon-to-be bosses are eagerly waiting to see her on the soapie,” adds the source.

The former Isono actress is the latest star to join the soapie after Champions actress Kgomotso Christopher.
